This \u201cGrand Evening\u201d will be curated by Canadian composer Annesley Black. The focus will be on works with internal, multidimensional contradictions that are audible in both the tonal and temporal structure of the music. We invited her to curate an evening for us.
Annesley Black<\/strong> has a particularly profound knowledge of repertoire, which has grown steadily through her many years of teaching at the music academies in Frankfurt, W\u00fcrzburg, and Graz, as well as through her work with the SWR Experimental Studio and as chair of the German Society for Electroacoustic Music. At the same time, her own music, which repeatedly addresses movement and physicality and thus naturally integrates extra-musical elements, has long been on hand werk's wish list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
